B) Contact forms and Email compliance.

The contact forms available on my website allow you to provide personal contact data for me to reach out to you. This will not be used for any other purposes or shared with any third parties. You will have the option to confirm your understanding of this before submitting any details on the contact form.

The following details will be obtained in this:

  • Phone number

  • Purpose for contacting

  • Any data obtained during the enquiry conversations

None of your details that will be provided will be used for any spam or mail chains, and will only be used for the purpose you consent to. No newsletters or mailshots will be sent without your consent.

C) Users’ rights and right to erasure

The data acquired will be stored securely at all times following the obtention of consent. If the user decides at any time that you no longer would like your data stored, you have the right to erasure. This ensures that at any point you can request your data to be removed.
